Abstract

|
Recently, the domestic health and medical community is facing rapid environmental changes in a transitional period. The role of hospital administrative personnel in a healthcare organization composed of various expert groups is very important. In this study, various arguments were presented that "hospital administrator" should be included in healthcare administration personnel to enhance the expertise and status of hospital administrative personnel. As a way to secure specific legal status, strategies and follow-up tasks including "hospital administrator" were presented in ‘the Health and Medical Personnel Support Act’ or ’Enforcement ordinance of the Health and Medical Personnel Support Act’.
